Bay State Patriots.
"Schaefer Stadium opened in 1971 down in Foxborough. The team was to be
renamed the Bay State Patriots, but fearful of the team becoming the B.S.
Patriots, the team instead changed its name to the New England Patriots. The
Patriots finally had a permanent home, its vagabond days over."
