prohibitted.
In another word, Master He and Turkey's income from this insurance company
should be taxed by MFL.

2. 保险比例暂定1：1，试行阶段赢利太高会下调，入不敷出会上涨。总之，基本维持
平衡，公司小有赢余，总不能让员工免费白干，是不是？
