我暂时提一个吧，这个比较subjective, 也是我想明年引入transaction fee的原因之一
，
加大trade的成本，防止不公平的trade
any proposed trades will be announced here and on rtsports.com, if no
objections
at all the trade will be approved the next day
if there are over 4 objections in 1 day, the trade will be subject to a league
vote by owners. the trade will need to win >= 2/3 of the quorum to pass.
