学生会不过是把信息传达而已.

after discount as i remember during last talk with the manager.
water, electricity and broadband newwork included with furnitures.
need to mention, that if you carefully look back to our phone call, i never
said it was very cheap-- i just gave the above info, and probably that
left u the impression it was very cheap.
just to clarify coz i don't want to have the kind of image i am selling any
subjective (like "very cheap") opinion.

有的给一个月免费，好的房子还会给两个月，你不能按他们列的价格算，要问有什么优
惠。
你不问，就没有。
这事学生会是在帮忙，这里的人还是做事的。

估计学生会也谈过其它一些. 至于成没成,有多少,就各有不同了吧
即使跟学生会没有合作的, 不少应该也有各种优惠. 所以找的时候多问几句.
