student and seeking for a male graduate student or post-doc fellow to
sublease the room. The long term rent is preferred (1-year or longer). Short-

Bus 20, 21 and 22 on sw 20th ave and campus bus 117 besides Hilton hotel
pass by and can take you to the most departments on campus. It only takes
less than 5 minutes’ walking to the bus stations.
The apartment is equipped with washer, dryer and central air-condition. Even
in summer with the air-condition on, the electricity cost is only $50/month.
There are some basic furniture in living room and one study desk is provided
in the subleased room.
Month rental of this year is $337.5 plus shared electricity (varied from $30
to
60/month depends on the air-condition) and high speed internet（35M for
$33). The water, trash and pest control are free. [The price is much cheaper
than most apartments in town in consideration of distance to campus, and
