Seatbelt Discount $15.00
Anti-Theft Device $3.00
Or it might be because your car is not a preferred type of that insurance

你这些discount是通过agent得到的，还是网上输入信息就自动获得的。不同的保险公
司有不同的地方，有的保险可以不通过agent自己买保险，但可能不能获得discount.
