you need. The website address is provided by your health insurance company.
You can also call the toll free number on the back of your insurance card
to ask (this may take some patience though).
I usually buy PPO. ( Choose HMO or PPO? it depends on what health service
you will need the most and how much the local PPO network will benefit you).
