说离tampa international airport 20miles以内的1990年以后建townhouse(3beds)大
约什么价位，是不是这边的人都买大single family house?
还有就是tampa rush hour的 traffic如何?

cheaper than DC area. You probably won't even consider a 3 bed townhouse in
1990s.
There will be traffic, but again, you are from DC area, how bad it can be?

发帖数: 16 | 3 Skypoint in Tampa downtown is a new condo building. Maybe $400K+ for two bed
with views? Suburb single family house is a lot cheaper. It's a good time
to buy. Price come down to earth a lot these two years. |
