Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) 镀膜和测试相关技术. 另外
我们主要研究铁电,铁磁薄膜.所以他/她最好具备铁电和铁磁
的基础理论。如有兴趣, 请将简历发给我: l*****[email protected]
如果你认识这样的人，麻烦代为转告。院里申请的截至日期是
九月底。因此请尽快联系。
我们实验室有自己的PLD系统，XRD，AFM，和薄膜的相应测试
仪器。我们还和其他实验室合用SQUID。因此各方面条件还是
不错的。如果你有兴趣，还是可以有所作为的。

题外话（我的个人观点）:
优点: 我们系里，包括组里中国人比较多，交流没有问题。
但是老板有点严格。英语成绩只要能满足院里要求即可。 | l***n

get a second Ph.D. degree, my advisor will accept him for sure. If he want t
o be a post-doc in our group, that is difficult. My advisor don't like post-
doc, because he can not control him.

For him, the second PhD is a bit time-wasting; for your department, maybe
his English proficiency is a concern. ya, anyway, it is just my opinion. It
is very nice of your post and reply. Gonna forward the message to him and
let both sides decide.
