This merchandise certificate can be used for the purchase of merchandise at
any Party City store nationwide. Not valid online. This certificate will not
be exchangeable for cash and it will not be valid for past purchase. Up to
5 merchandise certificates may be combined and used together at the time of
purchase. Certificates are for a single use only and any money not used is
forfeited.
I have 10 certificates, $20 value each, expire 4/23/2014.
