我就是被ID：Haoguan 骗了以后才知道。对方用Chase Quick 付款。我点击接受后显示
后chase 给我来信说transfer is failed and please contact sender.哈哈，已经被
骗了。
在我给ID: Haoguan转points 之前我曾经打电话和去chase 问不同的经理Chase
Quickpay 是否安全。同样的答案是：没问题，once you hit accept, there is no
other way he can get money back.
受骗上当后打Chase客服，小二和大佬都说，it is a secure way to transfer money
but we have no control over the other person.意思是说转账是安全的，但是对方
要骗你我们也没办法。尤其是汇款从另外一个不同的银行到Chase。
对方的骗法是：转账时有钱，设立转账后把钱从银行提出一部分造成insufficient
fund所以转账失败。
Chase Quickpay 不是不能用，要等钱clear以后才行。如遇周日周末的话，clear time
会更长大概要3-5天。总之不安全。没有装帐后锁住钱的功能。
好了，不多说了，希望大家警惕一下，另外曝光一下骗子的信息：

you can use chase quickpay as long as ONE party (or both) has
chase checking account.
I don't have chase checking now but I can use chase quickpay.
So if I send you $$$, I can send $$$ from an account (such as
BOA, ING) without $$$, you get the confirmation, then chase can't
draw $$$ from my account, so ...
There is no way for chase to confirm there's enough $$$ in a
non-chase account before the chase quickpay.
