I misread the message and accpeted. I found it was a mistake after he
transferred points to me.
So I asked him whether he want all points returned or sell them @ 1.88.
He said he doesn't want to release credit card number and asked me to call
Chase Customer Service to return points.
I called Chase and they can't cancel the points transfer.
That's it. Please correct me if I said anything wrong.

转多转少了。。。
lz这个情况是交易前他自己没有看清楚rate，对方说清楚多少rate，总额多少。。。他
同意了就是这个rate了，不同意也要在转分数以前喊停，转分不可逆这点都不懂还收什
么点数，回money补课去。。。
这样两个情况都能混成一起。。。唉。。。

reversible and not totally legal. It can result in credit card closure. Your
example here is just a calculation mistake, not a mistake in principle (
such as $220 per Nexus 7 8gb).

I would say you were trying to "Bait him"!
There is a clear difference between the rates, you certainly should have
marked it. You knew you could sneak through the high rate.
But I agree, forrc should just eat it and pay you, no matter how terrible
your tactic was.
