就是简单的转换了responsibility么
Transfer of billing responsibility is the procedure to change ownership and
financial responsibility of a service. The new account owner may be required
to choose a new service if the current service is no longer offered. To
begin transferring a wireless number, select the wireless number and enter
the transferee (new account owner) information.
请问这是啥意思，以前的plan会被cancel然后要启动新的么，谢谢 |
