if deposited, bank can tell how it is deposit and which branch it is
deposited.
2) regardless when 护士 find out the deposit is missing, if ONSALE did not deposit 1000 to nurse account, then he need to pay this 1000 plus interest. simple as that..
regarless " nurse confirmed she got the deposit (by mistake"
３） if onsale accidentally deposit to others account.( if what he said is
true) . it's not nurse fault.. it's very unresonable ask nurse to take
the responsibility and take the loss. even she only find this out after 6
monthes.

2), ONSALE deposit 1000, but mistakenly deposited to other account...

当然是没有存过了。statement上面的1000刀deposit 发生在5/23
跟onsale根本没关系。
这样下去onsale也是不会认账的。我支持苹果妹上法院告他。

1. 太忙，以为存了，实际忘了。
2.钱给银行了，要不是存给其他护士了，要不是小二眯细了，这个就该神医你担着了。

2. 这种可能性也有，但几率不大。银行多半会double check 帐号和名字。
onsale 有没有可能拿了别的护士的信息去存钱
建议苹果登录自己帐号，找出 deposit slip。 或者找银行要。 deposit
slip 显示金额 branch 等信息。

现在是明白着 APPLE 的帐户没有收到 ONSALE 的付款...
ONSALE 以当时 APPLE 确认收到付款为由不付而已.. |
