Your points can be redeemped into an Aeroplan account. When you redeem your
points, you just add an Aeroplan (yours, or a buyer's) from your Fidelity
WorldPoints account.
I sold about 100k Fidelity WorldPoints not too long ago at 1.40.
I still have 19k points now for sale at 1.40 rate.
