to another ING or Bank account. I this might be another way beyond the BOA
and paypal.
The transfer would be similar as BOA. |

Paypal we alll know sucks, boa some states do not have online option and
also quite limited.
They can also send out paper check to your reciepient free of charge if he
dosn't not have ing account. |

ING can even transfer to another bank for 1-3 business days for free. It can
write out check without your postage. I just found out this today.
BOA has limit of $1000 per day.
