想问问,要改善他又厚又驼的肩背,哪些运动和器械比较好呢?按照什么顺序?
gym里有划船机,向下拉背的器械等,家里有可以调节重量到40lb的哑铃。

我觉得他根本不是拉伸的问题了!不过我会帮他拉的做体罚 嘿嘿^_^

having a hunched back/shoulders since I was a kid. In trying to fix it, I
would just stand more upright consciously, but this didn't work well for
somebody who sit in front of a computer most of the day. My body would
always go back to the hunched back position without me even knowing it.
My understanding of the hunched back/shoulders is that it's mainly due to
the muscle imbalance. Most people have very tight chest muscles and weak
back muscles. The imbalance would cause the shoulders to be pulled forward,
hence a hunched shoulders/back.
Since I started lifting weights about a year and half ago, I started
training my back with a lot of pull-ups, all kinds of barbell/dumbbell rows,
deadlift etc. As part of process of improving my squat and bench press
position, I also started doing thoracic extensions on a foam roller.
Now my shoulders don't hunch anymore. In short, do:
1) Lots of back training such as pull-ups, barbell/dumbbell rows.
2) Stretch your pec muscle daily.
3) Do thoracic extensions on a foam roller daily.
