最近几次卧推完发现总是脖子很酸,我一般卧推用宽握,就是握在杆子上最外面的那个
标记的地方。是不是太宽了呢?发现不少美国人都是在那个标记内5cm左右的地方我住
。还有今天看了刮叔以前的帖子,发现自己被肩胛没有锁紧,不知道有没有影响。 |

You can use a bar without any plates to check it. Too wide puts lots of
stress on your shoulder joints.
For 脖子很酸, it could be the position you lie down. Did you raise your head during BP?

will adjust the position. Maybe that's the reason why my shoulder joint
injured this summer.

parts of your body starts to tense up too, like your neck. Reduce the weight
until you feel comfortable then go from there. |

195lb,然后就没有再是大重量了

另外你推得可能超出自己的力量限度了,虽然可以推,但是动作变形,其他地方跟着发
力变紧张,所以扭了脖子

n**a 发帖数: 52 | 8 在看5x5那个pdf,觉得是硬拉和深蹲太少,所以core比较弱,卧推的时候不稳定所以背
才很紧张。
决定一下阶段主要练三大,其他isolated项目中断。 |

前面深蹲和硬拉5x5也有关系。 |
