发帖数: 256 | 1 大概九四还是九五年国内一家电视台播放过一套翻译自国外的健身节目，前几日忽然很怀念这套节目，但只记得那个女教练被提到是谁（不记得谁了）的姐妹，是在珍珠港录制的，而就是
这些模糊的信息，竟然让我找到了，那是Ada Janklowicz的Basic Training with Ada,
但我看过的节目没有制成DVD，只有VHS，于是就买了Ada的另一个做成DVD的节目。当那
熟悉的节拍响起时，真是特别亲切。这就是那张DVD的链接，版上有其他人喜欢她的吗？

I remembered in the similar year (~94, 95), Beijing TV station broadcast one
series of fitness program. I don't remember any of five/six instructors
names but know they were in Utah. Although many years had passed, I still
can replay in my mind their 'dances' especially one of the male instructors.
I may never find it again. |
