depends on your training plan, goal, and stage, carbs intake amount varies.
I am in the bulking stage, a lot of carbs is a must, as well as heavy
protein and intensive training.

my typical daily diet (for bulking) , (from waking up to going to bed):
honey water, whey protein shake 60g, one egg, a big big bowl of oatmeal, 1
banana, 1 orange, whey protein shake 60g, a big big bowl of rice, a lot of
veggies, chicken smoothies or other meat, some almonds, some blueberries, 1
apple, a bowl of rice, whey protein shake 60g, 1 banana, lots of rice, lots of
veggie, lots of meat, some other fruits, yogurt, casein protein shake 30g.
