否则半马就算再热,也不是致命的,何况季节摆在这里。
去年芝马也死了人,不过是全马,而且应该比这次热。

慢点应该就不会有事了。南加州都靠近墨西哥了,跟我这里差不多,不好说天气就不热
。我有年感恩节还穿裙子凉鞋那。

thing to do, since other racers had already stopped to help, would be to
try and find a medic, or someone who could call for help, but that whole
way, there were no racer workers or specatators with a cell phone ... I
only saw one ambulance down at the turnaround, just before mile 11. I kept
running for what felt like a very long time, maybe a mile, and the
ambulance stilled hadn’t moved. But finally, about a half mile before I
reached it, it drove to him. When I ran back by the other direction, the
ambulance was still there. I guess that I thought because their lights
weren't on and they weren't screaming out of there, that he was going to
