how sore u r and how long you remain sore strictly depends
on ur workout intensity. no muscle groups NEEDS 48 hours of
rest, instead of doing 5 sets of squatts, 5 sets of leg press
5 sets of lunge 5 sets of calves, 3 sets of hamstring and 3
sets of quads I could tone everything down by half and not
feel sore at all by the 2nd day
