I tried once, and discovered that the fish actually is curious but did not
bite till late, and I lose the fish. Only one bass bite.
I am still quite interested, just because the simplicity of it. Seems to be
skill dependent.
See, one extreme on the redneck end is to use some bomb to bomb the water,
and then pick up floating fish, (which I despise).
The other end is to use skill and elegant way to do it, like fly and spoon.
Any experience or suggestion to share?

我们德州海边这边钓spanish mackerel，有用大一点的spoon的比如5/8oz到1oz的
johnson sprite或者toni acceta类型的，有时候很好用，比活饵都好。
但有时后另一种更小的(大概1/16oz）pet spoon,或者轻质的kastmaster，更好。这两
者饵是模拟不同的饵鱼，小饵是glass minnow，大饵是menhaden，pinfish之类的。 | n*********3

using a simple spoon to catch fish from an immense ocean.
Look, one really should admit that how he catches a fish is as important as
whether he catches any fish at all.
Think about it, the extreme case of catching a fish is going to the market
and buy a live fish, still catching one.
