Do you like it?
In my personal view, it tastes best in all freshwater fish. It is even more
delicious than Huangcha and Wuli.
Huangcha is bull catfish.
Wuli is snakehead fish. |

My method is simpler. netting!
I like its bone. I ate the fish as a whole, except for the eye bone.
After frying, the bone was just yummy.

发帖数: 2057 | 9 想起来了，俺们那叫“汆条”，用苍蝇或米虫钓，空手抓苍蝇的绝技就是那时练出来的
。据说用蛆也不错，俺没试过。
主要是好玩，有鲫鱼和昂公钓是不会专门钓这玩意儿的。 |
