CONTEST OVERVIEW:
Old Milwaukee Fishing Tournament (the “Contest”) begins on or about June 3
, 2013 and ends August 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “
Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21)
years of age or older (each, an “Eligible Angler” and collectively, the “
Eligible Anglers”). Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees,
officers and directors of Sponsor, Promotion Watch, and each of their
respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales
representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity
directly involved with the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Entities”),
and wholesalers, suppliers, distributors and retailers of alcoholic
beverage licensees and the immediate family members and/or those living in
the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Only individuals
may participate. Contest is not open to commercial charter boat captains or
crewman, however paying charter customers/individuals on those boats are
eligible to participate. |
