this type of fish is not eatable--- the fish is too old in lakepowell.
i caught 25 from the bank before, but I had to throw most of them away in
the end..

I THINK white bass/striper/hybrid are not good in general. It's not about
cooking at all.

锡纸鲈鱼，麻辣烤鱼。国内都是用鲢鱼草鱼。
用striper做一个比鲢鱼草鱼高级多了。就算white bass做的都很好吃。
晚上看能不能上个图。 |

发帖数: 2806 | 5 嫌土腥味的记着活鱼放血，放干净，不知道怎么搞的上网搜。还有杀鱼后内脏去干净，
尤其肚子里腹腔有层膜。捅破，里面可看到脊骨，把血洗净，血线剃掉。
再嫌醒的，把鱼皮去掉，鱼肉红色部分去掉。
再嫌醒的话，你可以告别吃鱼了。 |

另外sriper比起crappie吃起来确实差些，也不如小的大嘴。不过也看各人喜好。 |
