law. If your friends were not fishing, they did not need to have a fishing
license. But make sure that your friends do not hold a fishing pole, or take
part of any fishing activities. In Texas, if you were fishing in the
saltwater, you also need a saltwater fishing stamp, which is $10 extra. Good
