I am not saying it is as delicious as crappie.
but it can be classified as delicious fish.
most importantly, it has no any offensive taste which a carp has.
I don't hate its rubber taste. I do hate any offensive taste
such as carp(bighead, silver, asian), shad, or catfish.
sometimes a white bass has such offensive taste if it is from
dirty water.
oh, forget two things, most important things,
1)the drum's head soup is excellent.
