the Chanel Lambskin Jumbo SHW. A mid 30 asian lady wore it. When I was on
the elevetor in the office building, I saw another asian lady around 45-55
age also wore the Lambskin Jumbo SHW. Just within 30 minutes, I already saw
two asian ladies wore the same style bag in Midtwon.
Also last night after work, I saw a white young girl in the mid 20s also
wore the same bag with Caviar. Seems like Black Jumbo is everywhere in
Midtown. |

And if you go to Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, it is everywhere.
That is why I suggest not to get the Black color, but other colors like
2011a Prune, classic light Beige, 2012c Coral red, or even the Navy you
mentioned with GHW. They look more unique and characteristic.
But again, black lambskin with SHW will never go out of fashion, and it will still be the shiny eyecandy for the years to come.

5th ave./park ave./madison ave./lexington ave, Chanel bag is everywhere. Not
so many ppl carry Dior. Probably the style of Dior more for evening or
specail occasion. Honestly I like Dior better than Chanel. But for the sake
of price increase, I got Chanel first. Plan to get a Dior when having a trip
to Europe. Based on the search I did, Classic Dior is 2200 euro right now
after the 100 euro increase just a while ago. |

发帖数: 4037 | 5 Pretty much all of these bags are cheaper in europe, plus you can get tax
return @ airport or even in the bouqitue itself(directly cash back to your
CC card, it think it is 12%~13%)
so defintely go grab your Dior in Europe :)
The only downside is that you may find inventory in Europe boutiques are
even lower than here in US.
e.g. you can not find a black jumbo in Paris now at this time.
You bought Chanel at the right time :) Its strategy now is to make Chanel to
the level of Hermes in both Quantity limitation and Price and even ordering
process (have to pre-order in the future, and limited purchase per customer
per calendar year).
One sad thing though, is that its quality is currently no where close to
Hermes'. However Chanel will make progress, I am sure you love the newly-designed Chanel dust bag and packaging box.

luxury goods are so addictive. Feel bad on my savings account. Compared to 6
yrs ago, my first "expensive" bag was s a small leather Coach handbag at $
76 from the outlet. After working for the first year, upgrad to $200-300
Coach bag. Three yrs ago, my BF bought a LV for my birthday gift. Got
another LV for my mom this year.
And now, looking for a higher level of handbags. I think my consuming
behavior is normal. How about yours? |

for more fit-cutting/high-end material clothings, accesseroies and jeweries

The first "expensive" bag I bought my GF(now my wife) was a discount Prada
small hobo(she did not know it was a discount item, lol) after I got my
first few bi-weekly salaries :)
Since then, I went for Chanel, Celine, Hermes Birkin/Kelly/Constance with a
variety of colors and skins for her and two Moms :)
But I have to say most of what I spent as gifts for them are on clothing and
jeweries :)

out of style very quickly and sometimes they are even on sale ... (twice a
year).
A better choice is to look for seasonal COLORs (like pink and light blue),
but stick to CLASSIC styles (i.e. WOC, CF, 2.55, *ST etc.) this way your bag
is always relevant and not out-of-style.
Sometimes semi-classic seasonal bags are also highly sought after and
usually have a lower price, like the "In Business", "the Pearl" in 2011.
This season you have the "French Riveria" etc.
BTW, I am surprised. usually you would not be able to find many classic bgs
with popular colors (including black and biege) in smaller boutiques, but
rather a large collection of seasonal style bags in those stores.

2012c pink and red are beatiful in classics also. 其实chanel最新的袋子和盒子
倒是设计的不错，那天向SA拿了几个回来放包，lol.
其实说白了，包包这些有了几十个了也就看腻了，到了birkin也就那样了。 还是看着女人搭配各种上好的衣服
，鞋子，首饰比较有意思。
