发帖数: 108 | 1 Around 7pm, I was inside my house and heard something dropped in my backyard
. I opened my door and looked around and did not notice anything. Half hour
later, when I was watering my garden and saw a bamboo stick (3ft long, 1/2-3
/4'' diameter) lying on the ground. I went back and checked my security
camera and saw the stick flied from my neighbor's backyard. the stick was
dropping on the patio area, if we were outside at that time, we might get
hurt. and I don't see my neighbor showing up saying anything either. we
never met this neighbor and I believed the bamboo stick was thrown into our
backyard without intention. what's the standard "Protocol" to address this
issue? I wanted to let my neighbor know that this is dangerous and should by
all means avoid that. Should I knock at neighbor's door and chat with them?
any advise? thanks. |
