前面的狗血就不讲了。
大概是夫妻结婚七年，
育有二女。
女方一直工作，
男方一直不工作。
婚后立刻买有一房，
06年购入，市值26万。
婚姻无法维系，
拒女方说，
男方有别的女人，
但是似乎没证据，
一是女方直觉，二是近一年之内，
男方总是选择周末外出，
不顾一个六岁，一个一岁的孩子。
男方吸毒，可能大麻
9月底，又一个周末，
男方外出归来，
夫妻例行吵架
女方的哥哥赶来，
把男方赶走。
女方开始离婚手续。
不想，男方也找了律师，
律师已经给女方发信，
说男方同样拥有房子一半的产权。
另因女方工作，
未来女方开始拿pension时，
必须交给男方一半。
现在，女方辛苦工作，
将来要养孩子，
房子要分给男人一半，
老了后，
还要付他pension。
感觉太不公平啦。
另外，女方'找到一些收据，
是男方给别人作工的证据，
约有十万刀，
但因为男方只收现金，
所以早就明确告知女方，
自己不挣钱，
不付任何抚养孩子的费用。
怎么帮帮这家母女呢？

update，
因为男方提出要分房子，
女方认为，
房子只还了七年贷款，
而且是6% 利率，30年，
房子的市值又在降，
现在剩余的贷款还抵不上市值。
所以女方想签个协议，
把房子全权给男方，
贷款也由他负责，
这样行得通吗？
有没有要注意的问题。

不过几件事，
她很犹豫，也想多听听意见。
1。她妈妈和哥哥要出钱找私人侦探，找到男人有外遇的证据。
可是这需要一大笔钱，再对他们的财产分割和获得孩子抚养权真有好处吗L
2。她签协议，把房子给男方，就能保证她从此不再付贷款吗。
再有，应该她找律师在先，不想收到男方的律师信，
这时，她的律师就是约她谈。
她有些气，因为这些情况，她的律师没先告诉她，让她措手不及，
这个律师做的有不对的地方吗？

some proof, even you can show that he has been to rehab, the judge would
think he will put the children in danger, and he will not get custody. Even
alcoholic spouse will most likely not get custody. If he is dangerous, you
can ask for sole custody. If he never took care of the kids, and had no
contribution to the family, he won't get much of your marital property or
alimony. The judge will ask him to go back to work, and he needs to pay you
child support once he gets a job. Do not be intimidated by him. Find
evidence that he is hiding assets. It will make him look really bad in front
of the judge, and he will lose everything.
Definitely read the book.
