please help me.
I want to call for service, but don't know what I should say exactly.
the fact is the following:
the sink is not clogged.
but something ( a device or a machine) under the sink didn't work.
I want them to have the machine fixed. Normally, when I turn a switch on,
the machine will work and clean all stuff in the sink.
but now when I turned it on, it didn't work as usual.
what is the machine's name? | s****x

Try to flip the circuit breaker, hit the little red reset button, ...

烧掉了就只能让maintenance换一个了。 | G***G
