Assistant/Associate Professor of Information Technology
The Information Technology (IT) program at Indiana State University invites
candidates to apply for a position of Assistant/Associate Professor-10-month
, tenure track.
This individual will prepare and teach post-secondary classroom courses in
the theory and practice of Information Technology and other similarly
related courses within the Indiana State University College of Technology.
Additional responsibilities include:
Recruiting prospective students
Curriculum development
Assisting ABET accreditation
Student advising
Research and scholarship
Serving on internal and external committees
Professional and community service
Participation in industry advisory board
Engaging with industry partners
Required Relevant Education: A Ph.D. (or All But Dissertation) in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely
related discipline is required.
The university will provide visa sponsorship.
