前学校这笔钱被carry over到2018年继续花，但2018年秋季换了新学校，现在正在把该
grant转到新学校，以前学校签字的relinquishing statement已经声明relinquish所有
的钱（包括2017年的carryover和2018的剩下的钱），但以前学校上网提交
relinquishing材料到NIH时，NIH只让输入relinquishing statement里2018年的
relinquishing的钱，不让包括从2017年carry over的钱，也不让提交以前学校签字
relinquishing statement， 只让提交NIH的Relinquishing Statement (PHS Form
3734)。
去NIH网站上查了一下，的确是这么说的，比如“Relinquishing Statement (PHS Form
3734) provides an estimated amount of funds to be relinquished in the
CURRENT grant year.”， “If there is an underestimation of expenditures,
the awards will be revised.”

这年头申请个grant不容易，真心不希望把这比carryover的钱丢了，请有类似经历的朋
友能不能给点建议怎么把这比carryover的钱从NIH转过来，能不能联系program offer

期间。建议问一下PO吧。 |

I bet the money has been transferred because it shares the same payee

，然后carryover后转。这是我们学校管这个的人亲口告诉我的。 |
