which is better choice if you were me, who don't have much ability to get
proposals funded in 3 years? |

发帖数: 937 | 5 不见得， core facility的director理论上是相当稳定的。是学校层面支持工资的。所
以说上头又个副教授，但估计是虚衔。这个岗位还有start up，证明很独立。我们系一
个core 的director有自己的R01，让他转TT他都拒绝，因为他知道core更稳定，尤其在
医学院

所以找个稳定的职位，安度晚年算了。

发帖数: 92 | 7 UVM最近拿到了60 millions donation, 学校正在大兴土木建教学楼和学生宿舍。 去年
的Cancer Moonshot是在UVM开的，它的Cancer Center也有不错的基金资助。不知楼主
拿的是哪个core facility的位置，我知道他们的DNA facility的director最近刚转到
工业界去了。
