associate prof 带tenure move.
新的学校的offer letter 上有2条：
1. This offer is subject to the final approval of the President.
2. This is a tenured appointment...but your future performance will be
considered in decisions relating to compensation, retention, promotion,
suspension, or termination. 也就是说即使是tenure了的位置，performance 不好也
会被terminate, 其他学校也有这样要求噢？
这个offer letter可以签嘛？
