当然，工资多了4万还算是一个比较有诚意的offer,想来其他各种方面的条件，包括实
验室等等应该也不会太差。

academic environment. But the tenure at md anderson is not real tenure, it
is reviewed every 7 years.I know tenured people whose labs were closed. |
