want to list your collaborators in the bio, then you may. I have not heard
that papers rejected or under review could be put in NSF bio. Only 2 pages
are allowed.

rejected (to be resubmitted to a different journal) paper, whether they
should be listed as collaborators for COI purpose.

the 2-page limit, since you can only list 5+5 products anyway.
