不过学校target assoicate或者full（写了句assistant也可以考虑）,我一个fresh
PhD就申请了，申请的时候老板就问我干嘛申请，我说申请又没坏处，大不了没有吧。
。。不过最扯淡的是：
我填了3个推荐人（我老板加上系里的2个老师），学校瞒着我request了推荐信，系里
的两个老师主动告诉我说他们request了推荐信，然后我屁颠屁颠的去问老板有没有收
到request。老板说没有！最后，老板说了句他也申请了这个position。。。我就疯了
。。。。 |

偶知道的情况有限。知道牛校的fresh Ph.D.几乎狠容易找到位置。另外，也见过一些
本身学术非常弱，但去牛校混了Postdoc后，加之博士老板和博士后老板力挺，也拿到
终身教职的。
偶感觉哈, 有博士老板和薄厚老板力挺的，不管学问如何，业界新星也好，滥竽充数也
罢，没有找不着工作的。

不是有几个从哈佛锁大拿博后出来都成为star了么。
主要是找大拿的光环加成？
还有 如果是3这种情况 是从一个热门专业转到另一个相对冷门专业 這样会不会面临着
吃不上饭的风险？
混得好两边都觉得是Star，混不好两边都觉得是DSB？

Professors，没有 fresh PhDs。当年偶上学时进了２ fresh PhDs。
当然自身狠强很重要啦，老板们再挺更是锦上添花。

确实发现有些比较传统的大实验室喜欢招established的人。
光环有用，主要是打铁还要自身硬！
