给我电话，结果是个欧洲人，一听到英语我就郁闷了。我自认英文非常好了，但是口音
+电话质量很不好，有两个问题我重复问了一遍，可能也是让我感觉很不好的原因吧。
面试一共6个问题，原话不记得了，大致描述下主要内容：
1. How do the requirements in the AD fit you? What do you thing are
appealing of the program, the department, and the institute?
2. We have a diverse student body. They have different knowledge,and
economical backgrounds. How would you take care of this in teaching?
3. What is your research plan?
4. How would you engage graduate students in scholarly activities?
5. The teaching load is 3 course for Fall semesters ad 3 for Spring. How
would you balance it with research?
6. The department does research in xx, xx, and xx. What would you do with
your research? （大致这个意思，应该就是你怎么把你的research和现有的topics结
合起来吧）
反正交谈之中两个问题我要求重复了一下，对方最后挂电话的时候也完全没有感觉出来
笑容啥的。哎，想想估计是挂了，不过也没啥，如果和一个这样态度很冷淡的人在一起
共事可能也不是什么舒坦的事吧？
