option. Independent, no teaching. It is like a tenure track AP position
without teaching load.

发帖数: 173 | 3 just talked with my supervisor and he said usually the position is a fixed 6
years (at most) term and after that, you have to move to other places (in
Euro or other places, but probably can not come back to States..). And if
you got another position in Germany, it will be a permeant position (
associate or full professor level).
So it sounds it's worthy to try:) Thanks very much!
