short stay visa 里面有两种，一种叫 short stay for tourism, family visit,
business; 还有一种叫 short stay for scientists, researchers and university
teachers.
学校里去法国开会应该按哪一种准备材料呢？

能追问一个问题吗。这样算是business trip 吗？
我看到网页上说如果是business trip 还需要这么个文件
For a business trip: please also provide a letter from your employer in the
US or from your host company in France stating that you are in France on
behalf of the company, giving the name and address of the contact person(s)
in France and guaranteeing full responsibility for expenses, lodging, and
return to the United States
上面这个需要让学校HR给出吗？还是一份letter of employment叫好了？
