To those who have the experience on this:
NIH allows an update on accepted paper before the study section meets.
Can you update your manuscript status (before panel meets) to NSF if it is
accepted but not published? If so, do you have to submit it through
fastlane? or contact the PO? The PO has not responded to any of my inquiries
for a year.
