AP第二年，现在阶段成绩如下：funding: P20 project leader plus two small
fundings, 接近 1M，senior author with students论文四片 (一片发表 IF 4.6,三篇
revision resubmitted: IF 5, 6 and 10.3, in computational biology/
bioinformatics journals). 基本上我们院里像我这种还没有先例. Dean要求放 50%工
资在 P20里头。还有我是女生. :)
班上长辈我该要求涨工资吗？要求涨多少合适？谢谢! |

是那种平时也可以随便说话开玩笑那种。

发帖数: 28562 | 7 应该可以。 我们学校有比较明确的规定，如果ap 的performance 超出expectation,
那么是可以有额外的奖金的。
不过我们定的expectation 比较高，要超过比较难， 所以貌似就那么三两个人拿到过。

stellar.
LZ is asking to increase her base salary. Personally, I think it's hard
without an outside offer, but doesn't hurt to try.

事件我很惶恐要不要要求 涨工资。

only good thing to get PhDs and postdoc from top univ and work in a 3rd tier
univ. :)
