NSF records indicate that you submitted one or more research proposals to
the Chemical, Bioengineering, Environmental, and Transport Systems (CBET)
Division at the National Science Foundation within the last three fiscal
years. CBET recently updated its program description pages on the CBET
Website Importantly, CBET will receive fiscal year 2015 unsolicited
proposal submissions for all 17 of its programs during the same cycle window
, which is October 1-30, 2014. This means that there will no longer be fall
/spring (or fall/winter) submission windows as there have been in the recent
past. We wanted to inform the community as early as possible of this
important change. See the CBET website and program pages for more
information.
If you are plan to submit a proposal to CBET during the fiscal year 2015
competition and have any questions, please direct them to the cognizant
program officer. Thank you.

以通过换投不同的program实现一年两次机会。从今年开始，每年所有的program的
window都是十月份了。 |
