how to handle student cheating problem?
how to balance family and work
why do you choose this position, it is a dramatic transition? (my phd
research is about metamaterials, this job is engineering teaching?)
how to work with students who are unrepresented (minority and woman)
choose one of following choice you want to work on most , and tell us how
do you engage?
1.diversity , 2unrepresented students, 3disadvantage students,
4immature?
how do you want to change our curriculum based on your teaching experience
in this course?

发帖数: 195 | 2 面试前问秘书， 说虽然时间是1小时， 这只是time window， 但实际面试是30分钟。
我实际是42分钟 一方面安慰还不错， 但一方面又觉得因为语言问题， 实际回答的并
不能特别准确表达自己的想法。 有时难免重复同样的。
最后我问问题的时候， 我觉得对方回答的都非常详细。 这是不是好的sign？ 虽然知
道现在怎样分析也没啥意思， 但也忍不住。 电面完六神无主了好久 。
我写感谢信， 其中一个老师很快回信了， 回信我分析来分析去， 觉得真的是不好不
坏的样子 所以也觉得很难有希望， 竞争太激烈了。
不过对方给了非常好的建议， 希望给大家有帮助。 这是对方回信，
Thank you for the thank you note; I appreciate that very much. We also
could tell you are a very passionate and friendly educator. I didn’t
notice that you talked too fast at the beginning, so if you did, you managed
it well. Overall you had a good interview. The only major critical
feedback I would suggest is to have specific examples ready to help get
your points across. You did for some questions, but for others we had to
request them. It is not a major concern, but some feedback that I think
