tenure-track assistant professor. Salary is almost the same. My situation is
that I just finished my 4th yr at a regional teaching school and plan to
apply tenure this fall. The new school insists to offer assistant professor
only and cares research fund very much (It requires to bring at least $500K
for tenure). Is it worth to move? Thanks |

发帖数: 1884 | 11 50万不算多, 我们这150+学校里拿到这个数的, 在中国faculty中的比例是很高的.
拿到tenure后再跳会更困难, 因为多数职位都是tenure-track. |
