writing abstracts for EVERY author). I by default is the chair of the
symposium, and I added my boss as co-chair.
then the problem is the system only allows for 6 presenters, but my boss
wants to have 7, then unless I take myself off, this would not work..
Should I take myself off the presenters??

这个太奇怪了吧? 就好象如果会议是7月开, 你老板非要8月去,
这难道不是该他和会议组织者之间谈的事情么? 与你有什么关系?

is no personal talks with the organizers.

你管他呢?
搞清楚哟, 你说的是他想要7个, 不是他想去掉一个现在的,
换上一个他想要的.
你上报7个就是了. "no personal talks with the organizers",
organizer如果不爽, 就等organizers找你老板来"personal talk"好了.

limitation, there is no way to submit 7. So he wants to take me off the
presenters' list.

The credibility of being a chair covers the one of a presentation.
Even if you give a talk, nobody cares, since you are already the chair and
you can talk if you want regardless the quality of the content. | s**********e
