但是未必是56年，有中间review的contract只有三年甚至更少

So, the contract/offer letter should at least indicate the entire duration
before granting the tenure, the mid-review time, and "tenure track" | s********o
发帖数: 106 | 4 我的contract就没有mid-review time -- 因为敝校是annual review...但是也没写。
