expect we will be able to contact you soon with the formal offer" 但一个星期
多了还没有拿到正式 offer。也没有提工资， background check， H1b的问题，所以
有点担心。这正常吗？是不是学校办事效率低些，所以慢些？大家一般等多久拿到正式
的 offer啊？因为实在等得太焦急了，谢谢了先。 |

you receive the official offer and ask them the deadline to accept their
offer. If you have no other offer, you could accept earlier. |

or when I receive official offer etc" I do not think they contact many
candidate at the same time, they should only contact 1st one, except you
deny its offer or they could not afford. |

，还是没有给我正式offer.也没有问我是否接受这个offer. |
